This fund pays the salaries, housing, moving expenses, office expenses and official travel of our bishops, as well as pensions for retired bishops and spouses and minor children of deceased bishops. Currently 50 bishops serve conferences within the United States. Another 18 bishops serve conferences outside the territorial U. S.  Timothy W. Whitaker is bishop of the Florida Annual Conference.
