The Foundation’s Building and Loan Manual is designed to help churches define their capital project(s) and develop a budget that will cover anticipated expenses all along the way. Using the project worksheet contained in the handbook, churches create a financial masterplan that integrates capital needs with current operating needs. The handbook also offers a project timeline and provides sample documents that churches must submit prior to applying for a construction loan.
