The Income Fund invests in four different types of income-producing instruments:

• U. S. Treasury Bills, Notes and Bonds
• U. S. Agency Securities
• U. S. Agency Mortgage-Backed Securities
• Investment Grade Corporate Bonds.

Pacific lncome Advisors manages the fund and Citigroup acts as custodian.
