Over the years, the services of the Foundation have evolved and expanded to include the following:

• Connectional Giving – training and educational programs on the United Methodist tradition of Connectional Giving
• Development Fund – low cost loans to churches; investments for churches and individuals
• Development Office – support for the fundraising goals of the Florida Annual Conference
• Endowment Programs/Planned Giving – assistance in setting up successful endowment programs, educational workshops on planned giving and estate planning, confidential, no-cost consultation with prospective donors, communications and donor recognition programs, trustee, custodial and investment services
• Fundraising – complete consulting services for organizing and implementing a successful fundraising campaign
• Grants – emergency funding to sustain ministry in times of crisis
• Investments – professionally managed accounts for church endowments, charitable gift annuities, charitable bequests, donor advised funds and charitable trusts
• Stewardship – educational and training programs for lay and clergy featuring new models of Christian discipleship
